Monumento a la patria

It is located on Paseo de Montejo, in one of the busiest roundabouts in the city of Merida. It is the work of sculptor Romulo Rozo, who through this piece shows us part of Mexico's history, from the founding of Tenochtitlán to the mid-20th century.

Merida Cathedral

One of the most recognizable buildings in the Yucatecan capital is the Cathedral of San Ildefonso, located in the heart of Merida and considered the oldest cathedral in the Americas on the mainland.

Las Americas Park

It is an attractive park with a good 'sonic shell' and areas for children to run around and have fun. Its main attraction might be the delicious esquites and marquesitas sold at one part of its perimeter.
