• All persons staying in the lodging, during their stay, will be subject to this regulation, which is considered a contract of adhesion that must be complied with.
• The payment of the room varies according to the policies of your reservation.
• The check-in time starts at 03:00 PM.
• Check-out time ends at 12:00 PM. You will be given a maximum of 60 minutes tolerance to vacate the room.

After 60 minutes, the accommodation will be entitled to charge an extra fee according to the current rate.
• All children must be under adult supervision.
• The hotel is not responsible for items left behind after the end of your stay.

• In case of damage or loss of property such as towels, sheets, carpet,

curtain, lamp or any other object, repair costs range from $300.00 MXN to $2,000 MXN.
• The establishment is not responsible for damages or theft caused to your vehicle in the parking lot.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, smoking will only be allowed in the assigned outdoor smoking areas.
• Guests are free to reuse towels to reduce water and detergent consumption.
•Guests may waive their room cleaning service (linens are changed less frequently).

• Activities and tours offered are organized by local companies and guides.
• 70% of the lights in the rooms use LED (energy saving) bulbs.
